If you would like to know more about this innovative work contact Lesley at L.McNab@gcu.ac.uk
Everyone knows I like a challenge, whether it be a wee run or lifting heavy things!

I am entering the Men's Health Survival of the Fittest Challenge.  This is a 10k assault course through Edinburgh on the 21st of October 2012.

I am raising money for the Scottish Dementia Working Group.  This is a national campaigning group, run by people with dementia. They are the independent voice of people with dementia within Alzheimer Scotland. The Working Group campaigns to improve services for people with dementia and to improve attitudes towards people with dementia.

Let me know if you would like to support me or even join me!

I'll let you know how it goes.
